August 17, 2007 – IGN recently had the privilege of attending an SCEA press event where we dove right into the heart of Insomniac Games. It was in the studio that we were given some serious hands-on time with its newest and eagerly awaited title: Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction. While a large portion of our visit was dedicated to informative presentations and demonstrations, we managed to enjoy actual play time with three new sections of the game, besides the previously covered Metropolis level. And while there’s still a great deal left to experience, what we came away with looked quite promising and in line with Insomniac’s previous claims to fame.
